I started Casa Soleil on a simple belief: the way we treat people matters as much as what we get done for them.
I'm Tristian LaCroix, a Bay Area local who grew up in San Jose and studied at San Francisco State. For more than 15 years, I led teams, managed vendors, and kept complex projects moving: the quiet coordination that makes everything else possible. Now I bring that same steadiness to life at home.
That looks like a calendar that's always current. A contractor who's scheduled, confirmed, and followed up with. A new phone set up the way you actually use it. Appointments, errands, and household projects, all handled by one person who knows you, your home, and how you like things done.
For older adults, it means staying independent on your own terms. For families, especially those who live far away, it means knowing someone steady is there.
Casa Soleil welcomes people of every background, including LGBTQ+ older adults and chosen family. You'll work with me directly: not a rotating cast, not a call center. Just one trusted relationship.

Casa Soleil began with a simple observation: older adults in the Bay Area — including LGBTQ+ elders and chosen family — deserve more than the options available to them. Too often, the choice is framed as need — care, facility, dependency — rather than life.
We believe the better frame is stewardship. A trusted relationship that tends the household, opens the door to community, and coordinates the life around well-being — so that independence, dignity, and connection stay at the center.
Casa Soleil is founder-led and intentionally personal. We are not a franchise, a platform, or a rotating roster. We are one relationship — discreet, reliable, and shaped entirely around you.
The relationship is led by our Founder & Private Concierge Director, who provides direct oversight of the client experience — from the first conversation through the details of daily life.
