Where we offer our services
Casa Soleil memberships are currently available to California residents. In-person concierge services are offered in the San Francisco Bay Area.
We collect location information during onboarding (your street address, city, state and ZIP code) to confirm service eligibility and determine which services may be available to you. If your service location is outside California, we review your membership personally before any service begins.
Our website can be viewed from anywhere, but we do not offer memberships to people who live outside California, and we do not direct our services to people outside the United States.

How we use information
We use personal information to provide the service you asked for, and for the routine work of running it. Specifically, we use it to:
- respond to inquiries and arrange private consultations
- provide, personalize and coordinate concierge services, including contacting vendors and providers on your behalf when you ask us to
- create and manage your account, membership and billing
- send service messages such as confirmations, onboarding steps, reminders and receipts
- keep the website and consultation form secure and prevent spam or misuse
- understand how the website is used so we can improve it
- meet legal, tax and record-keeping obligations
We do not sell personal information. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not share it with advertisers.
We send news or updates about Casa Soleil only if you have asked to receive them. You can stop them at any time by replying to the message or contacting us.
Newsletter sign-up uses double opt-in: you confirm your subscription by email before you are added to the list, and every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link.
How we share information
We share personal information only to deliver the service, at your direction, or when the law requires it.
Service providers. These companies process information for us so the website and service can run. They may only use it to provide their service to us.
| Provider | What it does for us |
|---|---|
| Base44 | Hosts the website, client portal and the records we keep, and provides website usage statistics |
| Wix | Processes membership and project payments on its secure checkout page |
| Provides our business email, calendar, phone and text messaging, the optional Google sign-in, and the fonts the website loads | |
| Google Analytics (Google LLC) | Website analytics: pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location, and how visitors arrived |
| Cloudflare | Checks that consultation form submissions come from a person and not automated traffic |
| MailerLite (MailerLite Limited) | Email newsletter delivery and subscriber management (name and email of people who opt in) |
People and businesses you ask us to work with. To carry out a request, we share what is needed with the vendors, venues, providers or other parties involved. For example, we give your name and address to a tradesperson you have asked us to schedule.
Family, chosen family and trusted contacts. We share information with them only when the client has authorized it.
Legal and safety reasons. We may disclose information when required by law or legal process, or when we believe it is necessary to protect someone's safety or our legal rights.
Business changes. If Casa Soleil is reorganized or sold, client records may transfer to the successor, which must continue to honor this policy.
These providers may store and process information in the United States.
Sensitive information and information about other people
You decide what to share with us, and you may decline any question. Supporting daily life can involve personal details, so we handle them with particular care.
Sensitive details. While working with you we may learn things such as accessibility needs, dietary restrictions, the providers you see, or details about your relationships, family and household. We use these only to provide the service you asked for. We do not use them for marketing, and we share them only as described in this policy.
We are not a medical provider. Casa Soleil does not provide medical, nursing or personal care, and we do not ask for medical records. If you share health-related details so we can coordinate an appointment or a provider, we use them for that purpose only.
If you contact us about someone else. When you write to us about a parent, relative or friend, please share only what we need to understand the situation. Before service begins, we speak with the person who would receive it and work from their wishes.
Other people's contact details. If you give us details for family members, trusted contacts, vendors or providers, we use them only to carry out your requests.
Cookies, analytics and Do Not Track
The website uses a small amount of browser storage to work and to count visits. It does not use advertising cookies.
- Usage statistics. Our hosting platform records pages viewed and clicks on certain links, tied to a random session identifier kept in your browser. We use this to see how the website is used, not to identify you.
- Signing in. If you use the client portal, your browser stores what is needed to keep you signed in.
- Form protection. Cloudflare Turnstile runs on pages with our consultation form and may store data in your browser to complete its check.
- Fonts. The website loads fonts from Google, so Google receives technical information such as your IP address when a page loads.
Analytics and cookies. The site uses Google Analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. We do not send form contents to Google. Visitors can opt out with Google's opt-out browser add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Cloudflare and Google handle the information they receive under their own privacy policies.
Do Not Track. The website does not change its behavior in response to browser Do Not Track signals. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking technologies, and we do not sell personal information.
You can clear or block browser storage in your browser settings. The public pages will still work, but the client portal and the consultation form may not.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Contact us using the details at the end of this policy.
- Access and correction. Tell us what you would like to see or change. Members can also review and update their preferences at any time under My Preferences in the client portal.
- Deletion. We will delete your information on request, except records we must keep for billing, tax or legal reasons.
- How we contact you. Tell us if you prefer phone, text or email, or if you would like us to stop contacting you.
- Someone acting for you. A family member or trusted contact can make a request for you if you have authorized them.
We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request. We aim to respond within 30 days.
California residents may have additional rights under California law. We honor requests from all clients in the same way, wherever they live.
How long we keep information and how we protect it
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected, then delete it or make it anonymous.
| Type of record | How long we keep it |
|---|---|
| Inquiries that do not lead to service | 12 months after our last contact |
| Client profiles, requests and messages | For as long as you are a client, and 4 years afterward |
| Billing and payment records | 7 years, or longer if tax or accounting rules require |
| Website usage statistics | Up to 90 days, kept by our hosting provider |
Security. We use reasonable safeguards for the kind of information we hold:
- the website and client portal use encrypted connections
- access to client records is limited to the people providing your service
- the accounts we use to run the service are protected with two-step sign-in
- card payments are handled by our payment provider, and we never see full card numbers
No system can be guaranteed secure. If a security incident affects your personal information, we will notify you as the law requires.
Please do not send card numbers, account passwords or government identification numbers by email, text or the consultation form.
Children
Casa Soleil serves adults. The website and our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We will post any changes on this page and update the effective date at the top. If a change materially affects how we use information we already hold about clients, we will tell clients directly by email before it takes effect.
